Our patented any-length lock structure provides 30% longer life. To retract the hose, simply give it a short, sharp pull (approximately 2-4 inches), and it will automatically retract. If you need to interrupt this process, just pull the hose again.

To deal with tangles inside the reel, extend the hose to its full length and then allow it to retract smoothly as you walk it back to the reel housing. This will enable the self-layering mechanism to correctly layer the hose into the reel. If you encounter leaks at the interface, we've supplied two seals that can be replaced, as well as Teflon tape that can be wrapped to prevent leakage.
